What we collect

When you submit a form on our site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and business details. We also collect basic analytics data (page views, referral source) through Google Analytics (GA4).

How we use it

We use your information to build a free website preview for your business and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing. If you don't respond or decline, we stop contacting you.

Where we store it

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted infrastructure with servers in secure data centres). Access is restricted to the Beacon Digital team.

Third parties

We share data only with the services needed to deliver our product:

• Vercel — hosts the websites we build for you.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (your preview link).
• Pexels — provides stock photography used on your site.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymous usage analytics on this marketing site.
• PayFast — processes payments in ZAR. We never see or store your card details.

Cookies

We do not use our own cookies. Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies for anonymous usage tracking. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us at liam@beacondigital.co.za and we will action your request within 5 business days.
